The lady in the black skirt is called Gill and the girl on the step is her daughter Nicola, they are good friends of ours and have been since the very early eighties.

when I was young, I used to go to my grandparents home on Abbey Grove, and I remember that all the BRS vehicles had a 20 plate on the tail end, this signified the maximum speed they could be drive at. The vehicle were stored in the old brick yard and across the road on the corner of Abbey grove was the workshops where they serviced all the vehicles. more here |
