In 1911 census they lived at 20 Bloomfield Street, Dame Agnes Street, Nottingham he is shown as being 26 yrs a gas fitter and she is shown as 26 yrs a tobacco stripper in a cigar factory she was born in Wainfleet, Lincolnshire His probate proven with will on 23rd November 1919 at Nottingham shows him as Albert Middleton of 96 Ena Avenue, Sneinton Dale, Nottingham gunner in his majesty's army died 4th November 1917 in France, his effects of £253 4 shillings to Amy Middleton widow.
