Albert was James and Annie's second son; they had one other son, Harold, and four daughters, Clara, Sarah Ann, Lucy, Mabel. Albert Salmon was married on 23/09/1914, one of the first war weddings in Nottingham, to Alice Salmon and they lived at Sprotborough Terrace, Alfred Street South, Nottingham.
