Trish Gurney: - here are some women from St Ann's in WW1. My great-grandmother Elizabeth Ann Bakewell was very proud of her daughters Nora & Laura and had herself photographed with them. The second picture shows Laura, who served as a Cook in the WRAF.
This picture was probably taken around the time of WW1. My grandfather's sisters Laura and Nora Bakewell are sitting on the left and the right respectively, but I don't know the occasion, or the identity of the two women standing in the middle. Does anyone have any ideas? (Trish Gurney)
